Binary Balance Solutions operates as an authorized domain name reseller through eNom. We provide:

  • Domain name registration services for various TLDs (.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .co, .dm, .io, and others)
  • Domain name management and DNS configuration tools
  • Accounting and web development professional services

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any illegal activities or purposes prohibited by law
  • Distribution of malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
  • Trademark infringement or cybersquatting
  • Spamming or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Any activity that violates ICANN policies or registry regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of this acceptable use policy.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in East Caribbean Dollars (XCD)
  • Payment is required at the time of order placement
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards
  • Payments are processed securely through our FirstData payment gateway
  • Domain registration fees are payable annually in advance
  • Your card issuer may apply additional currency conversion fees for non-XCD cards

5. Domain Registration

  • Domain registration is subject to availability at the time of order processing
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all domain name details
  • Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant TLD registry and ICANN
  • Renewal of domain registrations is the customer's responsibility
  • We are not responsible for domain expiration due to non-renewal

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for losses arising from registry outages, DNS propagation delays, or third-party service failures
  • We make no warranties regarding domain name availability, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Export Restrictions

Our services are available worldwide, except to individuals or entities in countries subject to international sanctions or trade embargoes. By using our services, you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such restricted country.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
