Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

Binary Balance Solutions, domiciled in the Commonwealth of Dominica, provides domain registration services as an authorized eNom reseller. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our domain registration services. All transactions are processed in East Caribbean Dollars (XCD).

2. Domain Registration Refund Policy

Due to the nature of domain registration services, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Non-Refundable After Provisioning: Domain registrations are non-refundable once the domain has been provisioned and activated with the registry. Once a domain is registered, the registration fee paid to the registry cannot be recovered.
  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the domain has not yet been provisioned with the registry. If the domain has not been activated, a full refund will be issued.
  • Failed Registrations: If a domain registration fails for any reason (e.g., the domain is already taken, registry error), a full refund will be automatically processed.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.
  • Refund amounts will be in East Caribbean Dollars (XCD). Any currency conversion differences are the responsibility of the cardholder's bank.
  • Processing fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your invoice number (format: BBS-YYYYMMDD-NNNNN)
  • The domain name in question
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Your registered email address

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The domain has been successfully provisioned and is active
  • More than 24 hours have elapsed since the order was placed
  • The customer provided incorrect domain name information
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions

6. Governing Law

This refund policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Dominica. Any disputes arising from refund requests shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and courts of Dominica.
